Healing Your Inner Child Bootcamp

Healing doesn't mean pretending the past didn't happen—it means letting God meet you in the places that still hurt. In this 5-day, faith-based bootcamp, Brittany will gently walk you through the process of understanding your "inner child," how childhood still shapes your reactions today, and how to begin offering yourself the safety, compassion, and love you didn't receive back then.

Through live teaching, daily journaling prompts, and practical tools, you'll learn how to calm your nervous system, understand your triggers, and begin re-parenting the younger you with God's help. This is not counseling or therapy, but it is a safe, Christ-centered space to start your inner healing journey.

What We'll Cover in 5 Days

Day 1
What Is the Inner Child? & How Trauma Shows Up in Adults

Learn what the "inner child" really is, how emotional wounds form, and why you still react, shut down, or people-please in certain situations. You'll start noticing patterns without shame and invite God into them.

Day 2
Where You Got Emotionally Stuck

Identify the age (or ages) where. your heart stopped feeling safe. We'll explore unmet needs from childhood—like safety, affection, or validation—and how they show up in your relationships, self-talk, and fears today.

Day 3
Meeting Your Inner Child

Through a gentle, guided exercise, you'll "meet" your inner child in a safe, prayerful way. You'll begin to see what they feel, what they needed, and what they're still asking for from you now.

Day 4
Re-parenting & Core Trauma-Healing Skills

Learn how to become a safe, loving "inner parent" to yourself with five key skills: self-compassion, emotional regulation, integration, attachment repair, and re-parenting — all explained through a trauma-informed and biblical lens.

Day 5
Rewriting Your Story & Moving Forward

Bring it all together: your inner child, your adult self, and God's truth about who you are. You'll create simple daily practices to stay on your healing journey, set gentle boundaries, and begin living from your healed identity instead of your wounds.
