Through live teaching, daily journaling prompts, and practical tools, you'll learn how to calm your nervous system, understand your triggers, and begin re-parenting the younger you with God's help. This is not counseling or therapy, but it is a safe, Christ-centered space to start your inner healing journey.

Explore how your past shaped your survival responses and learn to view your story through compassion instead of self-blame. This day focuses on safety, awareness, and honoring the ways God carried you through.

Day 2
Learning the Skills That Heal

Discover gentle, faith-centered tools that help your body and heart feel safe. You'll learn practical ways to practice self-compassion, emotional regulation, and begin integrating healing with God's help.

Day 3
Becoming Whole, Step by Step

Begin welcoming all parts of yourself with kindness and truth. This day focuses on releasing false beliefs, connecting with your inner child through God's presence, and taking one small, intentional step toward wholeness.
